Someone makes a comment about your weight or asks you if you "should be eating that." Or they start body-shaming themselves--or you. And then the diet talk begins....
Family and social gatherings can be triggering to many of our parts. So today, we're talking about how to prepare our parts for these events as well as what to do when we're in the situation itself. I give you specific techniques to use before, during, and after these occasions to help you keep your Self present, your parts, supported, and your exiles calm.
