Imagine…
Enjoying your favorite foods without guilt or shame.
Keeping your “fear foods” in the house and being able to walk right by.
Eating when you’re hungry. And stopping when you’re full.
No longer hating your body.
Eating in ways that nourish your body (and your parts!).
All of this is doable, and Intuitive Eating can help.
Intuitive Eating is an anti-diet approach to food that teaches you how to stop dieting, make peace with food, and respect your body. It was created by two dietitians, Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resche, back in the 1990s, who recognized that traditional dietary practices (i.e. focusing on weight loss, weighing and measuring food, counting calories, etc.) just wasn’t helping their clients in the long-run.
The Ten Principles…
